Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Job Description:

The Systemic Practitioner will play a vital role in our multi-disciplinary team, providing systemic interventions to young people, their families, and loved ones. This position requires a qualified professional with expertise in mental health practice, risk assessment, and evidence-based interventions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality systemic interventions to young people and their families.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective plans for service users.
  • Offer support, supervision, and training to colleagues to enhance teamwork and skills.

Person Specification:

  • Essential Experience:
    • Demonstrate expertise in mental health practice from previous professional experience.
    • Effective risk assessment and management experience.
    • Qualification in a core profession (medicine, social work, nursing, occupational therapy, or psychology).
  • Desirable Experience:
    • Qualification in provision of supervision.
    • Ongoing professional registration with a professional regulatory body.
    • Competence in utilizing evidence-based interventions.
