Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Practitioner to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. In this role, you will work closely with adults who have progressive or acquired neurological conditions, providing expert care and support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of each patient
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of empathy and understanding

Annual Salary: £52,400 (£21PH)
