We are seeking an enthusiastic healthcare professional to join our supportive team of nurses, health care assistants and nursing associates in the West Norwich Neighbourhood Community Nursing Team.

Job Description

This role requires a good range of clinical skills to be applied in managing patients with varied health problems. These include diabetes management, traumatic, chronic and post-operative wound care, pressure ulcer prevention and management, catheter support, palliative and end of life care.

About the Role
  • Work generically in provision of care under the supervision of a qualified practitioner following a prescribed treatment/care plan to prevent admission to hospital.
  • Manage stressful situations and work within a team providing high standards of care.

Salary: £18-22 per hour (£37,600 - £45,640 per annum)
