As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care to individuals with complex health needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our service users. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work collaboratively with the care team to achieve excellent outcomes for our service users
  • To contribute to the development of our nursing services and support the growth of our team
  • To participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain currency of practice

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body
  • Experience of working in a similar role or setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
