We are recruiting a highly skilled Nursing and Healthcare Practitioner to join our team at Glaven Ward in Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care and participate in change management projects to improve services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Registered Nurses in assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care
- Attending inpatient reviews, completing relevant documentation, and medication administration under supervision
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and providing support to service users
