About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our residents, providing a high level of service and support to ensure their happiness and well-being.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, including coordinating activities, managing contractors, and ensuring the maintenance of the property. You will also be the primary point of contact for residents, providing a friendly and approachable service to meet their needs.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the development, including coordinating activities and managing contractors
  • Provide a high level of service and support to residents, including responding to their queries and concerns
  • Ensure the maintenance of the property, including carrying out health and safety checks and reporting any issues to the relevant authorities
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the development
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve the quality of life for residents
