About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Home Owners, providing a first-class service and making a positive impact on their lives.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, including maintenance, administration, and customer service. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a background in administration and customer service, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors, we would love to hear from you.

We manage over 200 developments nationally, providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people.
