About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing a high level of service to our residents and contributing to the success of our retirement living developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resident engagement.
  • Coordinate and organize events, activities, and services to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the lodge, including health and safety checks and reporting any issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Area Manager and other colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
