About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Facilities and Hospitality Administrator to join our team at Cornerway Lodge in Hindhead, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating contractors and completing health and safety checks
  • Provide a first-class service to Owners, including organizing activities and events
  • Liaise with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
  • Act as a trusted and approachable point of contact for Owners and other stakeholders

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a love of working with people. You will have previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, and be comfortable working independently and using your own initiative.
