About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Facilities and Hospitality Administrator to join our team at Cornerway Lodge in Hindhead, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, while also ensuring the smooth operation of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers
  • Provide a first-class service to Owners, including organizing activities and events
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for Owners, contractors, and internal colleagues
  • Ensure the safety and security of the development, displaying good judgement and calm under pressure

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and use their own initiative. Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a related field is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
