Lodge Manager

Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day activities of the development, including organizing events, coordinating maintenance, and providing administrative support. You will be the trusted point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal colleagues, and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the development are running smoothly.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to residents, contractors, and internal colleagues
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the development, including organizing events and coordinating maintenance

* Ensure that all aspects of the development are running smoothly and efficiently
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
