### Job Title: Customer / Parts Advisor

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer / Parts Advisor. As a key member of our commercial vehicle company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on parts and accessories
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
* Process customer enquiries and orders efficiently and effectively
* Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management
* Pick and pack parts from our warehouse
* Perform administrative tasks related to parts ordering and returns

### Requirements:

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
* Full driving license
