Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and booking appointments for blood donations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate information to customers and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Book appointments for blood donations and manage customer databases and tools.
  • Deliver a service that is patient, empathetic, and builds rapport with customers.
  • Manage multiple systems and applications, and create clear notes on customer accounts.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attitude and ability to interact with diverse people.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Customer service experience and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
