Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our commercial vehicles company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process bookings and services, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
- Update customer and vehicle databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage customer accounts, providing a high level of service and support to meet their needs.
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying opportunities to grow our business and exceed customer expectations.
- Perform general administration tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our team.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- You will have previous experience in customer service or sales support, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
- You will possess good IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
