Customer Service Advisor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our commercial vehicles company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* First point of contact for customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing bookings and services, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks
* Updating customer and vehicle databases, maintaining accurate records and information
* Managing customer accounts, providing high-level customer service and support
* Handling inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting our services and products
* General administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping

**Requirements**

* Previous customer service or sales support experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
* Good IT skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
