Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Counter Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bangor. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the achievement of sales and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Identify and generate sales opportunities for our full range of products.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Ensure a high standard of 'good housekeeping' throughout the store.
- Carry out all cash transactions, refunds, and till processes accurately and in accordance with branch procedures.
- Ensure sufficient levels of stock are on the shop floor, ordering more as required.
- Passionate about delivering a first-class customer service experience.
- Proven experience within a face-to-face sales and customer service-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of IT and good computer literacy and telephone skills.
- Web sales, 'E' commerce, and social media experience.
- Ideal knowledge/experience of the construction/building materials industry.
