About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Dennison Commercials Ltd. in Newry. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle service appointments and repairs
  • Process and close out workshop job cards and assist with invoicing
  • Make outbound sales and customer care calls to promote maintenance contracts and other services
  • Liaise with the Workshop Foreman to ensure efficient job planning and profitability
  • Communicate with customers to inform them of additional work required and provide accurate quotations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through delivery of the Volvo 'Customer Commitments' and follow-up to ascertain service level satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Relevant service reception experience or experience working within a franchised car/heavy vehicle dealership
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with minimal supervision
