About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Dennison Commercials Ltd. in Newry. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service schedules
  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle services and repairs
  • Process and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements:

  • Relevant customer service experience or experience working in a service-oriented role

  • Relevant mechanical knowledge or experience working with heavy commercial vehicles
