Colt Technology Services is seeking a talented Account Executive to drive growth and manage a diverse customer and prospect portfolio within our newly established UK Growth Markets Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Growth: Manage a portfolio of larger-profile customers and explore new prospects within Growth Markets.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture connections with customers to secure additional business, leveraging your consultative sales approach.
- Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to introduce new sales opportunities and cross-sell Colt's innovative services and solutions.
- Revive Dormant Customers: Rebuild relationships with inactive customers by offering tailored solutions that meet their current needs and bring them back on board.
- Customer Engagement: Develop a comprehensive contact strategy to ensure engagement across all levels within the customer's organisation.
- Collaborate & Succeed: Work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to deliver the best solutions and services to our customers.
- Previous experience in a consultative sales environment (tech would be great or a growth mindset if not).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products and solutions.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
