A skilled Eye Care Specialist is needed to join our Aylesbury team. As part of our store management team, you will provide exceptional patient care while developing your leadership skills.

About the Job:
This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per year, along with a range of benefits including free parking, generous holiday allowance, private health insurance, pension contributions, and access to our employee discount scheme.

Responsibilities:
You will lead and manage our clinical teams, ensuring they meet high standards of patient care and customer service. You will also contribute to business strategy development and implement initiatives to drive store growth and success.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in Optometry or equivalent, hold current registration with the General Optical Council (GOC), and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Experience working in an optometric practice or similar environment is highly desirable.
