Eyecare Specialist Wanted:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Full or Part Time Eye Care Specialist to join our team at Specsavers in Aylesbury. As an integral part of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our community-focused store.

About the Role:

  • This is a full or part time opportunity, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
  • You will have access to free parking, making it easy to get to work.
  • The salary for this role is up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A strong performance-based bonus scheme with an OTE of £7,000 per annum will also be available.
  • Additionally, you will receive a holiday allowance of 33 days per year, plus bank holidays, private health and dental cover, pension contribution, and outstanding clinical and professional development opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will be expected to contribute to the success of the store outside the test room. This could include becoming a store director one day.
