Statistical Analysis and Modeling Professional

DRW Holdings, LLC. is a leading global financial services company that specializes in trading and risk management. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Statistical Analysis and Modeling Professional to join our team. This role will provide an opportunity to develop skills in statistical analysis, machine learning, and derivatives pricing theory.

Job Description

As a Statistical Analysis and Modeling Professional, you will be responsible for formulating and applying mathematical modeling, quantitative methods, and machine learning techniques to identify and capture trading opportunities. This will involve creating practical solutions to problems presented in the trading environment and conducting statistical analysis of market data, historical trends, and relationships across multiple asset classes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Master's or PhD in a technical discipline with a focus on Statistics, Optimisation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Quantitative Finance or related fields graduating between December 2025 and August 2026.
  • Proficiency in Python programming experience using the Python machine learning stack.
  • Proficient programming skills with experience exploring large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including a solid foundation of statistics knowledge.
  • Some exposure to Natural Language Processing and/or High-Performance Computing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to report research results as well as methodologies.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $$90,000 per year, reflecting the level of expertise and skills required for this role. The salary may vary based on location and other factors.
