We are looking for a highly skilled Statistical Model Developer to join our online RMG slot games development team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing math models, writing simulations to verify game models, and contributing to overall game design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, ideally in probability, statistics, or combinatorics, and experience in creating math models for gambling games. You should also be proficient in programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Python.

A successful Statistical Model Developer at Aristocrat Interactive will excel at working in a creative environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of projects. You will be expected to develop game simulations that accurately model creative ideas generated by Game Producers and drive game ideation with fresh and innovative concepts.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Create and manage gaming math documents to ensure synchronization with the game model throughout game development.
  • Develop game simulations that output a wide range of data points and accurately model creative ideas generated in tandem with Game Producers.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to convey game logic and ensure a smooth game creation process.
