Job: Statistics Expert in Bayesian Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled Statistics Expert to join our team at The International Society for Bayesian Analysis. As a key member of our statistics department, you will play a critical role in advancing the field of Bayesian analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in statistical modelling and analysis, with expertise in high-dimensional multivariate statistical modelling, applied Bayesian statistical inference, and statistical models for infectious diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced statistical models for complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with research teams to design and conduct studies.
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Statistics or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in R or Python.
  • Experience with Bayesian methods and machine learning algorithms.
