**Statistical Programmer Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team at Warman O'Brien, a leading CRO expanding its Statistical Programming team across the UK and Europe.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming, with experience in leading studies of varying complexity and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About the Salary:

The salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, contributing to the development of new technologies and methodologies in statistical programming.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development of statistical programming methodologies and processes, mentor junior team members, and participate in project meetings.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in statistical programming, with experience in leading studies of varying complexity.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS or R.
  • Experience with data management systems and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
