About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team at Novartis Global Development Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading statistical programming activities for multiple studies or projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee programming style, quality of statistical reporting, and compliance with timelines.
  2. Develop and implement statistical programming solutions, acting as a programming expert in problem-solving aspects.
  3. Ensure timely and quality development and validation of datasets and outputs for regulatory submissions, safety reports, publications, and post-marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, life sciences, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a programming role, preferably supporting clinical trials or in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Expert SAS experience, with a proven track record of developing and validating deliverables, including advanced macro development.
