About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Statistical Analyst to join our team as a Biostatistics Project Lead. This role will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in the development of statistical analysis plans, sample size calculations, and randomization schemes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including programming code and statistical reports.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members on statistical methodologies and tools.
  • Monitor project budgets and communicate proactively with management concerning potential changes in work scope.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years industry experience in biopharma or biotech, with a focus on biostatistics.
  • A Master's Degree in Statistics or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading project teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Compensation Package
