About the Role

Stryker UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join our ENT division. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a significant role in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer service in the ENT market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the ENT market
  • Maintain existing business relationships and develop new ones
  • Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and product training for clinical staff
  • Support cases in operating theatres and develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector
Requirements
  • Training in a medical/scientific/technical career or a degree in sciences/business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success in medical device sales, particularly in the ENT or Head & Neck market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and other stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen, with a knowledge of the NHS/private medical sector
  • English language proficiency
  • A full, valid driver's license
