We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Reed, reporting to the National Field Sales Manager. The role covers the Scotland/North of England area, focusing on building long-term relationships and expanding our diverse brand portfolio within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow an existing customer base within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver results by managing wholesale, convenience, and foodservice sectors.
- Plan and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate internally with the Customer Service team and Brand Managers.
- Develop and grow the business, including opening new accounts.
- Deliver excellent presentations and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Background in FMCG categories, with foodservice experience being desirable.
- Proven track record in sales with a focus on achieving targets.
- Highly customer-focused with strong planning and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated with a desire for personal and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Full driving licence is essential.
