Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our health and safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
