- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure health and safety considerations are integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Develop and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and report on health and safety metrics and trends.
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, and ensure our organization is compliant.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA and ISO 45001.
