Job Summary:

Kenton Black is seeking a highly experienced Regional Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a Regional Health and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to management, safety representatives, and employees across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide health and safety advice and guidance to management, safety representatives, and employees
  • Conduct site visits to identify and mitigate health and safety risks
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the HSE Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on health and safety matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a health and safety role
  • Demonstrable experience in HV/MV, industrial, or MEP sectors
  • Relevant health and safety qualifications and education to NVQ/Diploma level
  • Clean driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
