About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Engineer to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of the Regional Technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our front-line services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to coastal staff and volunteers, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of technical queries.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop common ways of working, ensuring regulatory compliance and conformance to central governance and guidance.
  • Oversee strategic planning for maintenance and defect rectification, utilizing regional resources efficiently.
  • Plan and undertake technical investigations, troubleshooting, trials, and analysis of data.
  • Be an integral part of the Regional Technical Cell, contributing to the development of common ways of working.
About You

You will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in marine equipment design, production, or support. You will be familiar with supporting documentation and processes across the engineering lifecycle. A valid driving license is required for this role.
