About the Role:
Oscar Associates (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced Government Sales Director to lead our Government Sales Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new government contracts, managing tender procedures, and driving growth and profitability through existing government business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new government contracts and manage tender procedures
- Drive growth and profitability through existing government business
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
Requirements:
- Circa 7-10 years of experience in government sales, including tender drafting and contract administration
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing government contracts, preferably in the language services industry or related fields
- Thorough understanding of government procurement processes and rules
