Housing and Income Specialist

Red Personnel is seeking a dedicated Housing and Income Assistant to join our team in Stratford, East London. As a key member of our small, dynamic team, you will play a vital role in promoting a culture of timely payments and managing rent arrears across all tenures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and serving Notices of Seeking Possession (NOSPs) and initiating legal proceedings.
- Producing regular Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Providing strong support in income management and debt collection.
- Assisting in the development of comprehensive understanding of Housing and Welfare Benefits.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social housing issues.
- Demonstrable knowledge of best practices in income management and debt collection.
- Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets and housing management software.
