Cafe Front of House Team Member Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cafe Front of House Team Member to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery in our café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café, including clearing and sanitizing tables and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction, including promoting menu items and making recommendations to customers.
- Adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any incidents or concerns to management, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any near misses or incidents.
- Contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve customer experience and drive sales growth, including suggesting improvements to menus, promotions, and other aspects of the café business.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
