About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Associate to join our team at EngineeringUK, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of health and safety in our café environment.

  • Provide top-notch customer service by resolving complaints and communicating effectively with Café Managers.
  • Maintain food freshness by adhering to FIFO stock rotation to prevent waste and maintain quality.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping accurate daily records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Receive deliveries and store food safely to prevent contamination and spoilage.
  • Familiarize yourself with operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent execution and adaptability.
  • Clean and sanitize tables to maintain a clean environment that meets our high standards.
  • Ensure we meet our menu availability standards and all food products are available as intended.
  • Prioritize tasks and maintain organization to optimize productivity and efficiency.
