Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Realise Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and setting sales appointments for our field sales colleagues to attend.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop new sales opportunities through telesales lead generation and outbound B2B sales
* Set sales appointments for field sales colleagues to attend
* Work closely with field sales colleagues to understand their needs and provide support

Requirements:

* Proven experience in telesales lead generation or outbound B2B sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

What We Offer:

* Competitive basic salary of up to £28,000 (possibly negotiable DOE)
* Excellent commission structure to increase earnings above basic wage
