Job Title: Business Development Executive

Morgan Hunt Group Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market presence
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective business strategies and sales plans
  • Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring all relevant documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Work closely with the account management team to ensure a smooth handover of clients and provide necessary support throughout the sales process
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales support, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience of achieving deadlines, KPIs, and sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables
  • Strong customer focus and ability to gain insight into customer needs
