Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Realise Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and setting sales appointments for our field sales colleagues to attend.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new sales opportunities through telesales lead generation and outbound B2B sales
* Set sales appointments for field sales colleagues to attend
* Work closely with field sales colleagues to understand their needs and provide support
Requirements:
* Previous experience of telesales lead generation or outbound B2B sales
* Proven appointment making and lead generation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
* Competitive basic salary of up to £28,000 (possibly negotiable DOE)
* Excellent commission structure in place to increase earnings above basic wage
