Join Our Team as a Nonconformist Heritage Investigator

We are seeking a driven and meticulous individual to join our team as a Nonconformist Heritage Investigator. In this role, you will have the chance to conduct in-depth research on the history of Nonconformist Christianity and its impact on local communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and analyzing primary sources, including documents and artifacts, to uncover new insights and perspectives on this important topic. This position requires a strong understanding of historical research methods, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

As a Nonconformist Heritage Investigator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in historical research, work with a dedicated team, and contribute to the development of our unique heritage centre. You will also receive a professional reference for future career opportunities and access to Union Chapel's events and exhibitions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about historical research, has a strong attention to detail, and can work well under pressure. Experience with digital preservation is a plus.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, making this an attractive opportunity for anyone looking to start or advance their career in historical research.
