Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with solid clinical skills to take on a leadership position in our practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in leadership and mentoring, excellent client communication skills, and be committed to continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Oversee and mentor the veterinary team, providing guidance and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Clinical Management: Ensure high standards of clinical practice, ensuring that best practices are adhered to across the team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other senior team members to ensure smooth operational flow and maintain a high level of client care.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, providing outstanding care and delivering gold-standard services.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and the effective management of resources to deliver efficient and effective care.
