GLG Vets is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to fill a Senior Veterinary Surgeon position in Leeds.
About the RoleThis senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to take on clinical responsibilities and mentor a team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will have solid clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Governance: Ensure high standards of clinical practice and adherence to best practices across the team.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and opportunities for growth to the veterinary team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other senior team members to ensure smooth operational flow and maintain high client care standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, managing resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £64,000 - £66,000 per annum (including allowances).
