Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the veterinary nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Providing expert nursing care to patients, including surgical nursing and critical care.
  • Developing and implementing nursing protocols and policies, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a veterinary nurse, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong clinical skills, including surgical nursing and critical care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
