Vetisco, a multidisciplinary referral hospital offering the very best in veterinary excellence, seeks a Registered Veterinary Nurse with leadership experience as our Clinical Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team of Nurses and Animal Care Assistants (ACAs), ensuring excellent patient care within our state-of-the-art hospital.
The successful candidate will work closely with clinicians from all disciplines to deliver individualised, gold-standard care to hospitalised patients. They will support the development and training of their team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, while proactively managing staffing levels to meet service demand.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including enhanced family-friendly policies, private medical insurance, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

A full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days, with a 1:4 weekend rota, provides a great work-life balance.
