Veterinary Nurse Team Lead

Practice: A high-standard primary care and mid-tier referral hospital seeks a dynamic Lead Veterinary Nurse to oversee its surgical team in West Yorkshire.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular 121s with line reports
- Contributing to the nurse leadership team at Abbey House
- Collaborating with the Clinical Nurse Manager
- Controlling surgical stock levels
- Supporting and training the surgical team
- Overseeing equipment maintenance from a surgical perspective
- Liaising with owners regarding surgical queries
Hours and Benefits: The role offers a full-time permanent position with 2 bank holidays a year.
