As an HR Assistant with the Elevation Recruitment Group, you will be working closely with the Head of HR to support the day-to-day running of the HR function.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR. You will administer the entire employee life cycle, including offer letters, contracts, and changes to terms & conditions. You will also lead on absence management and recruitment reporting, supporting with payroll calculations and collating data.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a leading global manufacturing company based in Wakefield, UK. The role offers a competitive salary, CIPD qualification opportunities, and 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

You will be responsible for administering new starters onto the system, auditing and amending contractual & personal details in line with HR policies, systems, and processes. You will also assist with the recruitment process administration and provide support with payroll calculations and collating data.

A typical day in this role may involve reviewing and updating personnel files, preparing contract documents, and maintaining accurate records. You will need to have strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
