About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Executive to join our team at Havas Market Ltd. As a key member of our Amazon operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our e-commerce solutions and providing exceptional client service.

With a strong background in customer service and account management, you will have a proven track record of success in building strong relationships with clients and delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to achieve them.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be able to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional client service and support
  2. Implement e-commerce solutions and ensure timely delivery
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery of business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of success in customer service and account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Amazon's retail platform and e-commerce best practices

What We Offer:
