Director of Client Success and Strategy

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Client Success and Strategy to join our team at FE fundinfo Group. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our client success efforts, driving growth and satisfaction through strategic initiatives and excellent relationship management.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive client success strategy, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. They will work closely with our sales and account management teams to optimize coverage and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of client success strategies and plans
- Drive adoption of systems and processes to optimize client outcomes and service efficiency
- Influence executive-level stakeholders to shape business plans and strategies
- Implement and refine client success metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making
- Nurture high-level client and industry relationships, maintaining strong executive connections with key clients and stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience in scaling organizations
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and client success platforms, with expertise in Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero
- Experience in Fintech, financial services, or complex industries, with exposure to client-facing operations
- A growth mindset, with a focus on personal and professional development
In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
