Job Title: Director of Client Success

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Client Success to join our team at Sirius Talent Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

This role requires a strong understanding of the travel management industry, with excellent negotiation and communication skills. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong network of contacts within the industry. You will be able to demonstrate your expertise through case studies and examples of your achievements.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £80,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses. This role is based in London and will require some international travel.
